Return & Exchange Policy

​      At PartyFrenzyCreations, we strive to provide high-quality personalized products that meet your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes errors can occur or the product may not meet your needs.

 

Return Eligibility


Personalized products can be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If the product arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it free of charge. 

  • Error in Personalization: If the personalization on the product is incorrect due to our error, we will replace it free of charge.​

 

Return Procedure for delivered products


To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

​

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide Order Details: Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.

  • Return Shipping: We will provide a return shipping label for defective or damaged products. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

To process a refund for a damaged product, please provide a video of the damaged item upon opening.  This video should show:

​

  • The packaging and shipping label

  • The product being opened and inspected

  • The damage to the product

 

Please record the video in a well-lit area and ensure it is clear and concise. Once we receive the video, we will review it and process your refund accordingly. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Refund and Exchange Policy


Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.
Exchanges: Exchanges will be processed within  5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.

 

Exceptions

  • Personalized products that are made correctly: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalized products that are made correctly, as they are custom-made to order.

  • Products that have been worn or used: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been worn or used.

  • By placing an order with PartyFrenzyCreations, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our return policy for personalized products.
